Annual Checklist

Checking the exterior of your property for painting and clauking issues will help save costly repairs to your siding and trim and stop any water from penatrating through cracks.
- Checking Roof Shingles and Flashings
Checking shingles and flashing on a regular bases will help you get the full life out of your roof and help to prevent costly water damage to the interior of the building by catching little problems before they get to be big problems.
